Woody Group -Every fortnight throughout the autumn and winter, the WWG meet at 1pm to busy themselves with lighter maintenance work in the wood. All volunteers are welcomed and you'll get a good cup of tea and some biscuits for your time! Every 2nd Wednesday Oct to March. Next meet will be 1 October 2008 then every two weeks from then on.

Firewood day - On the first Saturday of each month from October through to April, there is a collective effort of firewood gathering. Come along and help out and in return for your labours or a donation, you can take away a pile of firewood! We meet at the cattle grid next to the wood at 2pm.

To celebrate the opening of the All Abilities Path and the splendour of the Little Assynt Estate, the Trust has published a beautifully illustrated booklet entitled Little Assynt Estate. It provides an insight the natural and human history of the Estate as well as an overview of the path network.

Copies can be purchased at £3.50 each from local bookstores and tourist information offices. You can also order one from the Trust. Just contact Jane at the office.
